If so, please write to us. Any elder, child, adult or family may be nominated as long as they are: in need of assistance, disabled, or deserving of a wish.
You may not be a wish recipient if you have previously received a wish.
All wishes are checked for validity and reviewed before our wishes committee. We will then fulfill the wishes we feel we are most able to help.
No vacations, getaways, plays, dinners, etc. will be fulfilled.
You must live in Shorewood or a nearby community to receive a wish fulfillment. I'm sorry but we do not pay bills.
Most of our wishes do not exceed $500.
